The ROE Futures Reinvestment Zone, LLC project is for the construction of a new 2,400 office building and a new shop building approximating 4,800 sq. ft. The new buildings will be constructed in block 1 of the subdivision of lot 10 in the Sn Tx industrial park 1.
Construction will begin in October of 2024 with an expected completion date of July, 2025. The project value of the proposed improvements is $750,000. The project will create about 4 temporary jobs during the construction phase of the facilities and should then result in 2 full time jobs, growing to 10 full times jobs over 5 years.

Construction on the BESS will begin at the end of the first quarter of 2026, with an expected completion at the end of the fourth quarter of 2026. The current scope of the project is contemplated to include concrete foundations, batteries, containers, transformers, inverters, cabling, a collection line and collection station. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO PURCHASE HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE BUSINESSES OWNED AND OPERATED BY THE SCURRY COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT

The Scurry County Hospital District invites proposals from qualified purchasers to purchase the Home Health and Hospice businesses operated by the Scurry County Hospital District.
Both businesses of Home Health and Hospice are being offered for acquisition including the licenses to operate each entity. Opportunity to review current financials for each business is available prior to the due date for proposals of purchase.
The criteria used for selection of the Purchaser will include financial compensation offered, commitment to hire existing home health and hospice staff, commitment as a local operator to maintain a health care office and healthcare availability in Scurry County, willingness to facilitate ownership transition, and experience in the industry. Proposals should detail the Purchaser’s history in home health/hospice, total 2022 revenues, and should document Medicare and Medicaid certifications and include any accreditation credentials. Proposals should also detail the proposed healthcare service area, to include Scurry County, Texas. Submitted proposals should address each element above. If the District chooses to accept a bid for purchase, its decision shall be based upon the above criteria and consideration of supplemental information..
Sealed proposals should be delivered to the Scurry County Hospital District, attn: Ella Helms, 1700 Cogdell Blvd.,Snyder, Texas, by 5:00 p.m. CST on Monday, January 29, 2024. A courtesy copy should also be sent to Craig Carter, Jackson & Carter, 6514 McNeil, Bldg 2, Suite 200, Austin, TX 78759. Proposals may be personally delivered or mailed to the District, as long as they are received before 5 p.m. on Monday, January 29, 2024. Mr. Carter’s courtesy copy may be delivered at any time. Bids will be opened and then disclosed to the Hospital District Board at the regular scheduled board meeting on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. The Board may or may not vote to accept bids on that or any other day and reserves the right to refuse or negotiate details of all bids and proposals received.
