Growing in Grace is an intensive outpatient mental health program that accompanies senior adults in exploring and addressing issues as well as finding coping strategies to increase a healthy lifestyle. Senior adults who experience physical health problems like diabetes or heart conditions commonly experience mental health issues like depression. Cogdell’s licensed physicians, counselors, and nurses provide a safe and compassionate environment where families can trust that their loved ones are receiving the best care possible.
