The Cogdell Wellness Center appeals to a variety of people, young and old, fitness fanatics and beginners. You will find the Wellness Center to be clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Men’s and women’s restrooms and dressing areas with lockers (locks not provided) are available. For your protection, we provide clean towels and sanitizing cloths. Best of all, make time go by more quickly by watching one of our many TV’s while you exercise!

Everyone is welcome! We have reasonably priced monthly memberships available with discounts for couples, families and first responders. No contracts or deposits are required. We encourage our patients and members to develop a healthy lifestyle. Upon successful completion of physical therapy, we offer our patients a free 30-day membership to the Cogdell Wellness Center. We are also partners with SilverSneakers, offering fitness program options for seniors on Medicare.
Be sure to ask us about our aqua fitness programs! Aqua fitness memberships are billed separately.
