Cogdell is pleased to offer virtual visits – connect with your provider by smartphone, tablet, or computer through facetime or skype.
A standard phone call may take care of some visit needs.
Here’s how it works:
1. Call 325-573-1300 as you normally would to schedule an appointment with your provider.
2. A Cogdell team member will ask you a series of questions discuss virtual visit options*
3. The nurse will return your call and review your current medications, health history, current symptoms, and will connect you with the doctor.
*Not all problems are appropriate for a virtual visit. If your problem cannot be resolved with a virtual visit, we will discuss other options with you when you call.
