Dr. Monroy will be closing his Snyder practice as of May 31, 2026. He will be working to complete records and to help facilitate the transfer of his patients to the medical practitioner of their choice over the next several weeks.
Patient records will be maintained at the Cogdell Family Clinic, and the other clinic physicians will be available to provide for your future medical needs. Please contact the clinic at 325-573-1300 (Option 4) at your earliest convenience should you wish to schedule an appointment with another clinic practitioner:
