Health & Wellness Fair 2019

We are excited to announce this year’s community-wide health and wellness fair at the Towle Park Armory on Saturday, October 12, 2019. We hope you will join us for a morning of health, wellness and fun! Local health, wellness, and service-oriented businesses will be set up in and outside of the armory, other vendors and food trucks will be set up outside. A variety of free screenings will also be available.

Booth Types

We have outdoor and indoor vendor spaces available.

Outdoor booths are $20. We will have a limited number of spots available & you must bring your own table/chairs.

Indoor booths are $30. Each indoor vendor space will include an 8’ rectangular table and 2 chairs. Please bring your own table covering. A limited number of electrical spots are available and will need to be reserved ahead of time.

Have some fun! We have a wide range of attendees – kids, adults & seniors. Games, prizes and other activities are always a hit! Screenings are also a popular draw. If you would like to offer a screening, please let us know what type of screening you would like to offer when registering – this way we can avoid duplicates.

Setup – Please note the Health Fair will be at the Towle Park Armory this year; we ran out of room at the hospital! The morning of the event, you are welcome to pull up to the front to unload between 6 and 8 am. Once finished, we ask that you move your car to the back of the building so that we leave plenty of parking for attendees. Please plan to stay until 12 pm.

Door Prizes: Always a great draw.Feel free to bring giveaways, big or small!

PINK RUN! The Pink Run pulled in a great crowd for the Health Fair last year and we are looking forward to another GREAT year! Come early and cheer for the 1 mile, 5K, and 10K Pink Run race participants, or join in the race yourself!  Registration for the Pink Run will be from September 2nd – September 30th.

Food Trucks! Food trucks at the health fair? It’s all about balance, right?!

Funds raised help uninsured and underinsured women of Scurry County access screening mammograms for a discounted (or free for those who qualify) rate.
