Back to School Immunization Clinic

Vaccinations2019 (1)Be sure you are ready for back to school! Is your child up to date on their vaccinations? We will be hosting immunization clinics for students on the following dates:

July 29-August 2nd: 8:30am – 11am and 1:30pm – 4pm
–and–
Saturday, August 3rd: 9am – 3pm

We will also have staff present at the SISD Back to School Bash on 8/3/19 to verify and print vaccination records. If your child needs vaccines, they may visit the clinic between 9am – 3pm on the same day as the SISD Back to School Bash to get current on their vaccinations.

• Insurance
• Private Pay

Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
Vaccines are fully covered for those receiving Medicaid and by most major insurance plans. Please present your ID and insurance card to verify benefits at your visit.
Patients without insurance or who are underinsured will be charged a $10 vaccination fee, regardless of the number of vaccines received.
Patients who have not been seen in the past year or who are not current with Texas Health Steps checkups will need to be seen by their provider first, per policy. A limited number of same-day appointments for well-child / Texas Health Step exams are available.
