NOTICE TO PATIENTS OF DR. TEB THAMES
Dr. Teb Thames will be closing his Snyder practice as of April 5, 2025. He will be working to complete records and to help facilitate the transfer of his patients. We will have Dr. Travis Eggl coming soon to fill the general surgery needs of our community.
Patient records will be maintained at the Cogdell Family Clinic, and the other clinic physicians will be available to provide for your future medical needs. Please contact the clinic at 325-573-1300 with any questions you may have.
