Dr. Wallette was born and raised in Abilene, Texas where he graduated from Wylie High School in 2011. He attended college as well as medical school at Texas Tech University where he received a degree in Biology and Medicine respectively. Afterwards, he completed his residency at John Peter Smith in Fort Wort, Texas. While there, he completed an extra year in procedures such as colonoscopies, complicated office procedures and hernia repairs. Dr. Wallette decided to make Snyder and Cogdell Memorial Hospital to be closer to his family in Lubbock and Abilene.
