Education is power! Learn about drugs that threaten our community – some of which may surprise you. It’s not just heroin and meth that pose a threat, but synthetic marijuana and other “seemingly milder” substances aimed at our children.
We welcome anyone to attend – parents, first responders, teachers, or anyone who would like to know more about how to prevent these drugs from destroying the people in our community.
This is presented by the UMC NEIDS (Nurses Educating on Illegal Drugs and Synthetics) Program and sponsored by Cogdell Memorial Hospital and Blake Fulenwider.
The event is free and will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2019, from 5pm – 6pm at Worsham Auditorium.
