Our calendar is full on Saturday, October 28th, and we hope yours is too! This Saturday Cogdell is bringing back our 5K Pink Run and Health Fair, and you are also invited to our Open House for our Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab department. We are so excited for everything and hope to see you there!
Our 5K Pink Run & Health Fair are back after taking a few years off due to Covid. It’s our sixth year to promote breast cancer awareness, and the proceeds will assist uninsured and underinsured women of Scurry County receive mammograms for $50 or free for those who qualify. Remember, early detection is crucial for prevention.
We are so grateful to all of our 5K Pink Run sponsors for making this event happen. These businesses have joined forces with us to raise awareness for breast cancer. Get your PINK on, and remember, GNOME MORE CANCER!

If running isn’t your thing, you can check out our Health Fair and visit our Immunizations Clinic where you can receive the following vaccines: flu, pneumonia, tetanus, hepatitis a/b, and covid. We will also have FREE screenings for glucose, blood pressure, blood typing & balance. Please stop by our Health Fair to learn more about all of the services we offer such as women’s health, behavioral health, dental health, weight loss, injury prevention, transitional skilled care, home health & hospice, obstetrics, medicare and wellness.
Drawings for a TV, $100 gift card, gym membership and other prizes will be available.
Lastly, we are so excited to share our Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab Department with you! After years of preparation, you can visit this new department on Saturday, October 28th from 10-12. The Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab Department will provide assistance to individuals with cardiac and pulmonary issues. Patients will undergo a six-week program aimed at improving heart or lung function. They will be referred to our rehab facility and receive their rehabilitation right here in Snyder. This new addition is a true blessing for our community and for those in the surrounding area who suffer with heart or lung issues.
