GENERAL
Position Overview
| Provides safe, efficient, and friendly transportation service to and from the hospital campus for patients utilizing clinic and other outpatient services. This is a temporary grant-funded position. |
Education
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduate or equivalent. Must be 21 years of age or older. Current valid Texas drive’s license required; successful completion of a BLS course after employment.
Experience
Previous experience as a shuttle bus driver preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; strong reasoning/critical thinking skills; possess the ability to work under pressure. Must have safe driving skills.
