Human Resources Generalist

GENERAL
Position Overview

Responsible for recruitment, orientation and administration of benefits for all facility of staff.  Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Participates in special projects as assigned.  Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High School graduate or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred, or,  a combination of experience and education..

Experience

Two or more years of HR experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficient Microsoft computer skills a must including Excel and outlook; knowledge of Cerner and Multiview preferred; proficient in the use of standard office equipment and HRIS/payroll systems preferred; basic clerical office practices and procedures required.
