
Position Overview
Responsible for review and analysis of patient encounters to ensure quality, accuracy and regulatory compliance. Responsible for validating information in databases/EMR for outcomes management and specialty registries.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
Experience
General clerical experience preferred; previous experience at an acute care hospital preferred
Knowledge Of
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft applications; knowledgeable of scanner and fax applications.
Licensure/Certification
None
Personality / Interpersonal Skills
Appreciation of and the desire to be part of a health care team dedicated to providing patients optimal care.
