GENERAL
Position Overview
Conducts intakes on new referrals, works with Psychiatrist on orders, coordinates telehealth days, takes blood pressure, and weight. Other responsibilities include updating med forms for files and documentation. Works alongside staff assisting on group days.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Graduate of an accredited school for Licensed Vocational or Registered Nursing program.
Experience
Two (2) years of nursing experience with evidence of characteristics of leadership capabilities
Knowledge Of
Proficient computer skills; works well with others, possessing tact, discretion and diplomacy; able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; strong interpersonal skills required.
Licenses / Certifications / Registries
Current RN or LVN license from the State of Texas Board of Nurse Examiners with renewal as required by law; current BLS
OTHERS
Personality / Interpersonal Skills
Appreciation of and the desire to be part of a health care team dedicated to providing patients optimal care.
