Free Childbirth Education Class presented by the nursing staff at Cogdell OB Department
Class is open to all expecting parents! The class will include:
- The stages and signs of labor and process of birth.
- Comfort techniques and pain control options for coping with labor.
- Common techniques and interventions for labor and birth.
- The “Golden Hour” and postpartum care.
- Breastfeeding and newborn care.
